Frequently Asked Questions

The card I use to pay for my membership is expiring / has expired. How do I update it?

The video below shows how to do so:

1. Log in as a site member (if not already logged in).

2. Go to "My Wallet" from the account menu on the top right.

3. Add a new (non-expiring) payment method.

4. Click "Manage" on the expiring/expired payment method and remove it.

 

If your membership has already been auto-canceled by the system, you may need to go here to continue your membership. (We'd love to have you back!)
